Flex Dispatcher
Manage mission-critical communications and dispatch our responders. Requires high professional integrity and ability to work in high-stress environments. You may also have to provide information about local community and public assistance options. Being Flex means, you can work from home and calls are forwarded to you, you just answer them when you want and ignore them when you don't want them.
Compensation: $5/call or $18/hr for calls taking longer than 30 minutes long.

Flex Safety Response Unit
Our Safety Response Units (SRUs) are who we hire for AxxAssist to help with roadside assistance calls responsible for putting on a spare, jump starting a vehicle, delivering fuel, and more. They also are who we send to sit behind vehicles needing to be towed to help with public safety and the safety of our tow truck providers and the driver of the vehicle needing to be towed. Being Flex means, you receive notifications when calls are available for pick-up, you then take the ones you want when you want them. We do offer take home vehicles for qualifying employees and provide reimbursement for mileage.
Compensation: $18-$22/hr

Volunteer Safety Response Unit
Volunteer Safety Response Units (VSRUs) track their hours and volunteer to drive around and help spot stranded drivers. They then can call it into dispatch or can assist them directly. Then we provide a form every 2 weeks containing the hours you provided and a signature. Volunteers are a vital part of our team, so as a special thank you, we offer them the employee discount on all of our services provided they complete a minimum of 10 volunteer hours bi-weekly.

Ambassador
Our Ambassadors are responsible for helping us spread the word about our company. They are able to spread the word on social media with their own Ambassador codes or in person by attending events with a table, talking to friends and family, or by going door to door sharing what we do. Ambassadors must complete training to go to door as we do not tolerate ignoring no soliciting signs. Work as much or as little as you would like as your earning potential is completely up to you!
Compensation: COMMISION BASED (10% Initial Commission + 5% Residual Commission for recurring payments)
